World is changing As. In the collective quest for a fuller, calmer, stress-free life, traditional meditation and religions are no longer enough. The solution? Look for ancestral knowledge from all over the world. The trend is the Ho’oponopono, a set of mantras created in Hawaii that claims to promote a kind of self-healing.
Created by a Hawaiian kahuna (priestess) named Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, Ho’oponopono literally means “correcting a mistake” or “making it right.” The technique came from a group method where people gathered to say what they felt, how they saw the problem, and came to a joint conclusion. In the year 1983, Morrnah was recognized as Hawaii’s living treasure.
To achieve the benefits promised by the technique, you need to repeat four commands as a mantra. According to Elainne, the phrases resonate at high frequencies and act as a password to the universe. Confused?
What are the commands?
Ho’oponopono’s four key phrases are: “I’m sorry”, “Please forgive me”, “I love you” and “I’m grateful”.
The expression “I love you” is important, as we are part of the divine. There is nothing more powerful than allowing love to flow back into our body. At this moment you invigorate, feel the current and the energy. In each system, it penetrates, dissolves and cleans, like water in a very thirsty moment.
