The Ho’oponopono technique has 4 simple steps.
They are Repentance, forgiveness, gratitude and love. It sounds simple, but when you realize the strength these words have, you will practice every day.
You can do Ho’oponopono alone. You don’t need anyone to be by your side on time, you don’t need anyone to hear you. You can also “say” the words in your head. The power is in the feeling and willingness of the universe to forgive and love. Joe Vitale suggests repeating Ho’oponopono 108 times for the effect to happen faster and you can try.
Ho’oponopono starts with Sorry, I’m sorry. You are responsible for everything in your mind, even if it seems to be the fault of others. Once you realize your responsibility it is only natural that you feel sorry, sad, really. So start by choosing something that you already know you caused for yourself, such as being overweight, cigarette addiction, alcohol or some other substance. Or you can focus on the anger you feel, or the health problems … Start now to say that you are sorry. This is the step: “I’m sorry”. It can be even more powerful if you say it more clearly as “I realize that I am responsible for (SAY THE PROBLEM) in my life and I feel a terrible remorse that something in my consciousness has caused it.” Once you have become accustomed to facing your responsibility for the world’s problems, do the technique by apologizing for the difficulties…
